Canadian Western Bank is a bank built for business owners. Full stop. That means being there for entrepreneurs’ euphoric highs and inevitable lows. But the opening months of the COVID-19 pandemic were a low no one had seen before.

We knew we needed to create a message of support. We needed to remind business owners of CWB’s foundational mission: to stand behind businesses through thick and thin.

Told through a single coatrack in a sunlit lobby, this spot chronicles a business’ growth, decline and triumphant resurgence.
